With 15 years of industry experience Anil has facilitated property transactions totaling over $5 billion, underscoring his exceptional skills and market acumen.
Outside of SalesxWise, Anil is also the manager of multiple Ray White offices, he leads a talented team, ensuring the delivery of top-notch service and professionalism.

Raj is Partner at CapitalxWise and is responsible for maintaining and growing a deep network of sophisticated investors and family offices with substantial investment interests in real estate and experience in land subdivision development projects. He oversees capital raising, placement, and investor relations across the CapitalxWise fund portfolio and contributes key market inputs in the formation of new managed fund offerings.
Outside of CapitalxWise, Raj is an experienced senior executive and founder across a range of industry sectors within a global context, including real estate, FMCG, import & exports, information technology, and healthcare. He manages a substantial family office retail property portfolio, and currently serves as a director at Shiiv Imports, Inline Systems, and Shiv Realty.
