Akash is the Founder and Managing Director of EyeLand, Director of LANDXWISE, and Director and Founder of CAPITALXWISE, where he leads corporate strategy and fund management. With over 20 years of experience spanning finance, land, planning, development and sales, Akash brings both the insight of a developer and the rigour of a builder to every project.

Akash has managed more than $1 billion in land estate developments and is experienced across the full property lifecycle, from origination, negotiation, financial modelling, debt and equity financing, to planning, construction and sales. Clear, collaborative and commercially sharp, Akash is recognised for aligning stakeholders and driving projects with momentum from the very first step.

AJ is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Above Zero and the XWISE GROUP. With over a decade of experience spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, AJ combines financial discipline with design ambition to deliver projects that are commercially sound, enduring in quality and quietly exceptional in design.

Winner of the Australian Property Institute Prize, AJ brings a rare blend of rigour and creativity to every project. He is hands-on from the outset, structuring deals, setting the design tone with consultants and driving outcomes that balance value, vision and detail. His collaborative approach draws on leading practitioners across urban design, engineering and construction, ensuring each development is not only well-resolved but contributes meaningfully to its context. A big-picture thinker with a sharp eye for detail, AJ’s work is guided by clear values: integrity in process, clarity in vision and a belief that great design has the power to elevate the everyday.

Raj is a Partner at CAPITALXWISE, where he is responsible for maintaining and expanding a deep network of sophisticated investors and family offices with significant real estate investment interests and experience in land subdivision and development projects. He oversees capital raising, placement, and investor relations across the CAPITALXWISE fund portfolio and contributes key market insights in the formation of new managed fund offerings.

Outside of CAPITALXWISE, Raj is an experienced senior executive and founder across a range of global industry sectors, including real estate, FMCG, import and export, information technology, and healthcare. He also manages a substantial family office retail property portfolio and serves as a director of Shiv Imports, Vermillion, and Shiv Realty.

Anil is a dynamic and inspiring leader, recognised for his enthusiasm and commitment to growth. Anil brings a wealth of knowledge across multiple disciplines to SALESXWISE and leads a talented team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier service and professionalism.

With 15 years of industry experience, he has facilitated property transactions totaling over $5 billion, underscoring his exceptional skills and market acumen. Outside his career, Anil enjoys traveling with his family and exploring new cultures.

Prab brings a delivery-first mindset to BUILDXWISE, shaped by extensive on-site and project management experience. A Registered Building Practitioner with formal training in sustainability and operations, he ensures projects are structured, efficient, and executed to the highest standard.

Prior to BUILDXWISE, Prab held roles spanning the lifecycle of the development process – from acquisition through to project management. This breadth of experience across residential development, operations, and investment analysis gives him a comprehensive understanding of brining projects to life. At BUILDXWISE, Prab is deeply involved from early planning through to handover, establishing frameworks that keep timelines tight, budgets clear, and teams aligned.

Simone is an experienced strategy and transformation executive, MBA-qualified with a background in top-tier consulting. She has advised ASX-listed and private organisations on strategy, organisational design, and operational excellence.

As Chief Strategy Officer at XWISE GROUP, Simone leads the Group’s strategic agenda, shaping direction and aligning businesses for sustainable growth. Known for her analytical, execution-focused approach, she brings a balance of strategic insight and operational discipline to position the Group for long-term success.

Jason heads the CAPITALXWISE fund management business, leveraging nearly 20 years of combined experience across funds management, property development, and financial services consulting. He is accountable for delivery of investment strategy, execution and structuring, and portfolio management in the firm.

Prior to CAPITALXWISE, Jason held senior roles with several leading Australian property developers following a successful career in risk advisory and technology consulting. Jason is a CFA and CAIA charterholder, holds an MBA, and has completed executive education at NYU Stern. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Carmen Smith is a versatile and award-winning executive with extensive experience defining and executing full-cycle marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives. With a career spanning over 20 years, Carmen has successfully led multimillion-dollar national and international programs, events, and campaigns, managing teams of up to 500 members. She fosters business-wide cultural transformation, reflects brand values, builds a strong brand identity, and enhances employee engagement.

She has worked with such prominent organisations as Royal Families, Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy 2022 FIFA World Cup, Al Jazeera International, in addition to over 100 companies across multiple sectors, agency and consultancy side.

Yianni has over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, having held senior roles at renowned national firms. He brings deep expertise across contract negotiation, governance, risk management, acquisitions, and complex property transactions, providing strategic legal guidance that underpins decision-making across the XWISE GROUP brands and business units.

Known for his considered and collaborative approach, Yianni works closely with leaders to deliver clear, practical solutions that balance legal rigour with commercial outcomes. His ability to translate complex issues into straightforward guidance makes him a trusted advisor across the Group, supporting strong governance and enabling confident, well-informed growth.

As Operations and Executive Manager at Above Zero, Rachel brings clarity, coordination and momentum to every part of the business. With a strong background in property and operations, spanning executive support, team leadership and project delivery, she excels at creating structure in fast-paced environments and turning strategy into action.

Rachel plays a key role in aligning people, processes and priorities, ensuring high standards are upheld across every project. Known for her approachable style and quiet control, she thrives in the details, supports cross-functional collaboration and keeps a steady hand on the levers that drive exceptional outcomes.

David is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise spanning property development, construction, investment, real estate and advisory. Having worked across both corporate enterprises and SMEs, he brings a well-rounded, commercial approach to financial management and planning.

At Above Zero and XWISE, David oversees accounting, financial reporting, compliance and operations. Known for his analytical mindset and technical precision, he ensures every forecast, claim and report reflects on-the-ground realities, providing clarity and confidence in decision-making.

James is a digital and eCommerce leader with over 15 years’ experience driving online growth across retail, technology, and trade industries. As Head of Digital at XWISE GROUP, he oversees websites, CRM, content, and campaign execution, building a cohesive digital ecosystem that supports lead generation and commercial performance.

Recognised for his strategic mindset and hands-on approach, James brings strong technical capability and a focus on data-driven results, ensuring every digital initiative delivers measurable business impact.

Harry Batra brings more than 45 years of global business experience, having led fashion, production, and retail ventures across Australasia and Europe. Throughout his career, he has managed large international teams and collaborated with major global brands, building a reputation for strategic leadership and operational excellence.

An avid property investor, Harry also brings extensive experience in property development across Australasia, combining commercial insight with a long-term, value-driven approach to real estate.
