Key Milestones Achieved:
Practical Completion: A significant achievement – Melton City Council has officially deemed Stages 1 & 2 at 236 Paynes Road practically complete.
Paynes Road: The projects external Council road works are now complete, providing vital connectivity for the community.
Landscaping: A vibrant transformation is just around the corner, with landscaping works in Stage 1 & 2 at 236 Paynes Rd set to begin in Q2.
