XWISE GROUP has announced the further expansion of its strategic land and planning platform, LANDXWISE, with the appointment of Mark Roberts.

Mark joins the group during a period of significant momentum. With a pipeline exceeding $2.5 billion and over 3,000 lots currently under management, XWISE GROUP continues to solidify its position as a leader in Melbourne's growth corridors.

As part of the LANDXWISE team, Mark will play a key role in identifying, acquiring, and transforming greenfield sites into master-planned communities. His appointment reinforces the Group's commitment to a vertically integrated model. This ensures the transition from raw land to titled, development-ready lots is handled with the precision and discipline the XWISE brand is known for.
